Bangzhao Electric ESS lithium battery system is composed of lithium battery modules, BMS system, PV charge controller or AC/DC Charger, central control unit CCU, temperature detector, integrated structure and other parts; the solar panels in the system are battery storage and power for output; BMS module completes the detection and control of voltage, current, temperature, SOC, SOH and charging and discharging related parameters of power battery pack; photovoltaic controller and inverter realize bidirectional AC/DC function to meet the charging and discharging conversion demand of power battery pack; each detector is used to monitor the ambient temperature in real time to ensure the safety of the system.
1) Bangzhao Company's BMS battery management system uses automotive-grade RAM, AD sampling chip, stable and reliable performance, and a 5-inch high-definition touch screen, which is simple and convenient to operate.
2) The power inverter adopts the imported Mitsubishi sixth-generation IPM intelligent power module design scheme, with power frequency isolation, simple structure, low failure rate and high efficiency.
3) The solar controller adopts IGBT module design, PWM algorithm, stable and reliable charging efficiency, and can be linked with the BMS system to strengthen the protection of the battery.
4) The solar combiner box adopts DC 1000v, with LED indicating fuse holder, DC professional surge protector, and high-power anti-reverse module.(optional)
5) The product communicates with the monitoring platform in real time through RS232, CAN communication interface, and reports various records in time to ensure real-time monitoring of the battery pack of the monitoring platform
6) The system software supports remote and local upgrade functions
7) 3000 cycles life span is more than 10 years
